To provide an answer to questions 6, 7, 8, and 9 four workshops will be organised with members of the
expert and the key stakeholder group:
A workshop with experts : joining a group of 20-30 experts of the participating Member States

A workshop with professionals : joining a group of 20-30 representatives of professional organisations of the participating Member States
A workshop with policy-makers : joining a group of 20-30 representatives of governments of the participating Member States
A workshop with end-users : joining a representative group of 20-30 representatives of parent and youth organisations of the participating Member States
Each workshop is devoted to discuss about the following four issues :
The advantages and disadvantages of integrated care settings
The transferability of integrated care settings between Member States taking into account the different health systems and different social and cultural backgrounds
Relevant issues that should be taken into account when providing integrated care to adolescents with mental health problems
Important guidelines, guiding principles, and recommendations for the set up and the continuation of integrated care setting and of an expert network in this field
After the workshops a consultation survey will be conducted by the research team to provide more opportunities for experts, key stakeholders, and stakeholders to be involved. Therefore, the output of the four workshops will be converted into a list of statements that will be made available electronically to all participants registered for the second expert symposium. A few weeks prior to the symposium, all registered attendees will be asked to indicate the extent to which they agree with each of the statements. Based on the results of the consultation survey a first draft is made of the guidelines, guiding principles, recommendations, and roadmaps for establishing integrated care setting for adolescents with mental health problems and the continuation of such facilities, and for the setup of an expert network in this field.
Accordingly, the outcomes of the workshops and the consultation survey, and the first draft of the guidelines will be summarised and presented during the second expert meeting. During this meeting a final discussion round will be organised to gather once more feedback of all participants on the generated guidelines, guiding principles, recommendations, and roadmaps. The outcome of the discussion round will be used to finalise the guidelines.
Finally, a report will be written containing all outcomes of the activities executed under WP 1, and the series of events organised under WP 2 and the outcomes of these events.
